Yes. Our PDF translations include a NAATI digital stamp and can be used for most online applications and electronic document submissions.

A NAATI digital stamp is generated by a translator who holds current certification. It includes the translator’s name, Certified Practitioner Number (CPN), certified language direction and a unique QR code that the recipient can scan to verify the credential.

For online Australian migration applications, upload the clear non-English original together with its English translation. If a checklist or request letter specifically asks for a certified copy, original or paper document, follow that requirement.

Use NAATI’s official certification verification tool. Enter the Certified Practitioner Number shown on the translator’s stamp to view the current certification status and details.

Also check that the credential type and language direction match the translation. For example, a Chinese-to-English document should be completed by a translator certified in the relevant direction.

NAATI-certified translations are widely used by Australian government departments, schools and other organisations. Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）provides PDF translations bearing a NAATI digital stamp for common online applications.

If the receiving organisation has specified a paper translation, physical stamp or another delivery format, send us those instructions so the order can be prepared accordingly.

Upload your document and request a NAATI-certified translation.

A physical blue stamp is not always required. NAATI-certified translators may use a physical stamp or a NAATI digital stamp.

The digital stamp displays “Digitally Authenticated by NAATI” and includes a unique QR code for verification. Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）uses a NAATI digital stamp for standard PDF translations. A paper version can be arranged when the receiving organisation specifically requires one.

They are separate services. A NAATI-certified translator translates the document and takes professional responsibility for the final translation.

A Justice of the Peace generally witnesses statutory declarations or affidavits and certifies copies. An Australian Notary Public provides notarial services. A JP is not a notary and neither replaces the work of a NAATI-certified translator.

If the recipient only requests a NAATI translation, JP certification or notarisation is not automatically required.

It cannot simply be stamped. A NAATI stamp represents the certified translator’s professional responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the final translation.

You may provide preferred name spellings, terminology or an existing translation as reference, but you must also supply the clear and complete source document. The translator must independently translate or fully review the content before certifying the final version.

A translation completed while the translator held valid NAATI certification does not have a standard fixed expiry date. It does not automatically become invalid if the translator’s certification later expires.

The source document or the application process may have its own validity period. For example, a police certificate used for an Australian visa character assessment is generally accepted for 12 months from its issue date. Translating it again does not extend the source document’s validity.

Yes. You may print the PDF supplied by Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）. The printed copy will display the translation, translator details and NAATI digital stamp.

For online applications, submit the original PDF we send so that the stamp and QR code remain clear. If the receiving organisation specifically requires a paper translation supplied by the translator or a physical stamp, contact us to arrange postage.

Errors caused by Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）are corrected free of charge. This covers verified translation, typing, omission and formatting errors.

Please check names, dates and document numbers within seven calendar days of receiving the translation. A verified error caused by us will still be corrected free of charge if it is reported later.

Changes caused by an unclear or incomplete source document, the wrong document being supplied, replacement source material or a new request outside the original order may require a new quotation.

Once payment is made, the order is confirmed. Cancellation or refund is not available simply because the customer changes their mind, orders by mistake, places a duplicate order or no longer needs the service.

If a translation problem is verified as our error, Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）will correct or reprocess the translation free of charge. Nothing in these terms excludes rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If Australia Post confirms that the item was lost in transit, Best Fanyi（澳洲卓越翻译）will reproduce and resend it at no additional charge.

An item marked “Delivered” by Australia Post is treated as delivered. Customers must provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number and address. A new postage fee applies when an item is returned or cannot be delivered because the supplied delivery details were incorrect.
