Do I need a Taiwan IDP or a NAATI translation?
A Taiwan International Driving Permit (IDP) and a NAATI English translation both help an Australian authority or rental company read a Taiwan licence. Neither document is a driver licence by itself, and neither extends how long you may drive on an overseas licence. Always carry the valid original Taiwan licence as well.

What can the translation be used for?
